A Romantic Dallas Engagement Session at Flippen Park


There is something so special about a love that feels both exciting and peaceful, and Madi and Brett’s Dallas engagement session at Flippen Park was full of that kind of love.


Madi looked absolutely adorable in her tea-length dress from David’s Bridal, complete with the sweetest lace tie-ups. Her thick, beautiful hair was the perfect finishing touch, and this girl came ready to serve face! Every smile, every little laugh, and every moment of confidence made photographing her such a joy. As a cheer coach, she brings so much personality and energy, and it was so fun seeing that side of her shine.


Brett was a little shy in front of the camera, but sometimes the sweetest things don’t need many words. You could see how much he loves Madi just by looking into his eyes when he looked at her. The way he watched her, smiled at her, and stayed close to her made this Dallas engagement session feel so genuine and romantic.


Flippen Park was the perfect setting for their session, with its charming paths and timeless beauty. It was a reminder that love doesn't have to be loud to be meaningful. Sometimes, it is found in a quiet glance, a hand held a little tighter, or the smile you can't hide when you're standing next to your person.


One of my favorite verses about love says, “Love suffereth long, and is kind” (1 Corinthians 13:4, KJV). Love is more than a feeling. It is choosing one another, showing kindness, and building a life together with patience and care.


Madi and Brett, your love was such a joy to photograph, and I cannot wait to see all that YHWH has in store for your next chapter!
